About Me

For almost two decades, I’ve dedicated myself to elevating my skills in order to create something memorable.

My professional career started in high school, competing in culinary tournaments while washing dishes on the side at a fine dining restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska. At 20, I was a pastry chef in one of Omaha’s top restaurants creating my own dessert menus while running the Charcuterie station. In the pursuit of more knowledge and experience, I picked up and moved to Chicago where I graduated from the French Pastry School and went on to work under acclaimed chefs like Grant Achatz, Curtis Duffy, and Stephanie Izard.

After Chicago, I learned how to incorporate my restaurant skills into peoples homes, traveling and cooking all across Colorado’s ski resorts.

Taking a break from food in order to gain more skills and personal development, I went through 17 weeks of training to become an Army combat medic and went on to work through a rigorous fire academy to become a volunteer firefighter.

Now back to cooking in Denver, I offer upscale dining services in the comfort of your own home utilizing the same attention to detail that i learned in the worlds best kitchens. Whether is an intimate night for two or a large celebration, my job is to take care of the meal while you focus on what matters most - enjoying the time you have with with the people at your table.

What I offer goes beyond just cooking - its about creating a seamless, sophisticated experience that leavews a lasting impression.
